Denise Donnel and Donald Wood will present on “Creating a Culture of Change: Just Communities of Arkansas 2071”
Dr. Denise Donnell began her new role as Director of Programs at Just Communities of Arkansas (JCA) June 19, 2017. At JCA Donnell is responsible for the innovative design, powerful execution, candid evaluation and intentional reimagining of programs, laying the foundation for deliberate conversations about the social and moral issues that hinder our progress toward collective liberation.
Donald Wood began his new role as Executive Director of Just Communities of Arkansas (JCA) in December 2016. For over half a century through social justice education, human rights advocacy and the celebration of diversity, JCA has provided the groundwork for transformative shifts in thoughts and behaviors of individuals and organizations across Arkansas in order to create more diverse and inclusive cultures. Wood’s primary role is overseeing JCA’s emergence into a force for systems-level change that builds and sustains equitable and liberating behaviors, policies and cultures in every Arkansas community. JCA does this by providing programs and consulting services that amplify human potential & relationships, connect diverse groups of people, co-create sustainable paths to inclusive systems, and train individuals to lead equitable and systemic change in their workplace and communities.
