Introducing JFAR's Social Worker Kelsey Dugger
In accordance with the recommendations of JFAR's 2014 Needs Assessment of the Aging Jewish Population in Arkansas, Jewish Federation created a position for a social worker to begin a Caregiving and Aging program and to serve the general population across Arkansas as needs arrive.
About Kelsey: I am excited to start a new chapter in my life working at the Jewish Federation of Arkansas. I earned my masters in social work from the Graduate School of Social Work at UALR. I received my BA from Hendrix College. I have previously served as an intern for the Federation, and I have grown to cherish this community and look forward to the experiences that await me.
I also bring with me volunteer experience with other non-profits: the Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, The Boys and Girls Club, Conway Human Development Center, Pathfinders, and Our House.
