2016 Jewish Food and Cultural Festival this Sunday, April 10
(LITTLE ROCK) – The Jewish Federation of Arkansas will present the 2016 Jewish Food and Cultural Festival on Sunday, April 10th, 2016 at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Federation expects to host a crowd of more than 10,000 people from across Arkansas and surrounding states. The Festival will include traditional Jewish foods as well as cultural and religious booths and entertainment. The festival begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. Admission to the festival is free.
Members of the press are encouraged to attend, and photo and on-camera coverage opportunities will be plentiful.

The festival will include traditional Jewish foods, Israeli dishes, booths on Jewish and Israeli culture, local Jewish artists, inflatables and other activities for kids, and entertainment throughout the day.
Entertainment highlights include the Meshugga Klezmer band at 1:15 p.m., and the B Flat Minor Band at 3:00 p.m.
New this year will be an opportunity to write in an actual Torah scroll with a sofer, or scribe, for a donation to Project 613, an educational and outreach effort of Congregation Etz Chaim of Bentonville.
War Memorial Stadium features ample free parking, indoor concourse locations for food booths and shopping, and the opportunity for kids to play on the football field.
